No vetting, yet. It's up to the developer to "sell" themself as strongly as possible in their profile.
The "vetting" takes place by the company – the main goal is to connect a dev with a business so they can figure out what work best for the relationship.

First, I designed custom social cards for my most important pages but that was too much work. Now I'm just doing screenshots automatically of them. Mugshot solves this quickly without much work. Congrats on getting acquired!
