The idea for Cold Email Club was born out of my personal experience. I've been working with startups for 10 years now, and I've come to realize how essential cold emails are for most B2B businesses, especially when they're just starting out. Yet most founders are terrible at cold emails, especially at crafting the right email copy that gets them replies. I realized that there was a big opportunity in helping founders and their sales teams write more effective email copy, and that's when I decided to launch Cold Email Club.

Found my first customers through cold outreach and partnerships.

How are you finding your customers today?
Jaisal
Cold outreach plays a crucial role in my client acquisition strategy. SEO also works really well for us - we rank on the first page for some critical keywords and this drives a good amount of organic traffic our way.

What's your advice for other microfounders who want to get started?
Jaisal
Just get started and figure it out on the way. Don't overthink your decisions, mistakes will be made and that's the best way to learn. If you're weak in any area, try to find a partner that can help.
For example, I work with many developers and indie makers that need help with growing or marketing their projects.
